SWIGS 0.1.1 and PDP 0.1 Released

Version 0.1.1 of the SWIGS script has been released. This was mostly a bug-fix release. The SWIGS Picture Description Program (or PDP) has also been released. The PDP is a Java program for browsing a directory of images and entering description information than can then be embedded in the web pages created by SWIGS.
