Python 2.7 marked PyCObjects API as deprecated in favor of new PyCapsule API (used in Python 3.1 as well).

Proposed patch replaces PyCObjects usage by new PyCapsule functions. Note "type_pointer" name must be changed to "type_pointer_capsule" as written on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=623854#c3.
