#184 compiler warning in Swig/misc.c

Hi,

building swig-1.3.31 on NetBSD 3.1 with gcc 3.3.3
I get

Swig/misc.c: In function `Swig_string_first_upper':
Swig/misc.c:290: warning: subscript has type `char'
Swig/misc.c: In function `Swig_string_first_lower':
Swig/misc.c:311: warning: subscript has type `char'

A patch for those two warnings applies cleanly to swig
SVN revision 9859 and is appended to this bug.
