The type system understand namespaces, but the problem is that the
namespaces are flattened for the symbol tables used by the target
languages. So even if PHP supports namespaces, the SWIG internals would
need improving generically first to deal with namespaces so that the
target language can use the namespace info appropriately.

Most attachments are allowed, but there is a limit on the size of them,
something like 60KB. In fact attachments are usually better, for me
anyway, as I find email programs mess up the lines in diffs so that
patch doesn't understand them.
