I've built Swig 1.3.30 from CVS, I am having some difficulty getting my
unit tests to run. When I run=20
I get a "skipping csharp check"

You need to get autoconf to find your c# compiler. Just make sure it is
in your path when you run it. On windows run the .bat file that sets up
the compiler environment from the commandline... vsvars32.bat and
sdkvars32.bat for VC studio.NET 2003. You know everything is okay, by
looking at the top level Makefile and it will have skip-csharp set up
right. Look at the Makefile.in, to follow the logic on how it works.
