Well, MySQL 4.1.3 or better, Apache 1.13 or better. Probably would run just fine under Msoft's IIS as well.
The program doesn't do any billing right now. It's more of a student thing:
Student Biographical Information
Absenteeism Info
Discipline Info
Medical Info
Grades and Report Cards
Homework Assignments
Things like that. Parents can login and see all their child's absences, discipline events, grades, homework assignments, etc.
