This PR makes the channel name text glow when there's unread message.
Known Issues
- The glow doesn't go away when other client marks the channel as read

Thanks for this contribution! It's fine that the read state doesn't get acknowledged as that's a limitation in Swiftcord itself. I'm reviewing the changes, and a few screenshots illustrating the improvements would help (as I am unable to build and run changes at this moment).
