#4 Add support for adding "foreign" resources to inventory

At the inventory, users ask for support for
* transferring resources from one galaxy to another
* managing "foreign" resources they obtain somehow

The first one is quite simple: move the currently displayed list of resources from the current galaxy to a galaxy selected at a dropdown in a dialog.

The second one could perhaps be that the "create entry"-dialog supported (Galaxy)Name and looked up at Galaxy rather than the currently selected galaxy but added to the latter.

Both of these are quite simple I believe and could be done quite soon.
