I'm reading [Macromedia Flash(SWF) File Format
Specification].

It has written to the item of DefineBitsJPEG2 of a Bitmap
section "The data in this tag begins with the JPEG SOI
marker 0xFF, 0xD8 and ends with the EOI　marker 0xFF,
0xD9."

Why your code is begins with 0xff,0xd9,0xff,0xd8 ?
from [N_STD::ostream &operator << (N_STD::ostream
&out, FlashTagDefineBitsJPEG2 &data)].
