#1240 SH3D hangs when importing furniture

When importing furniture, Sweet Home frequently hangs up on my M1 Macbook with a spinning wheel. If I force quit the app and reopen, it works fine.
Sweet Home 7.2, ARM version, Mac OS 14.2.1

An other user reported recently a similar issue and found it was because of an application named "Grammarly Desktop".
Would you use this application? If yes, does importing furniture works better after you quit Grammarly Desktop?

I don't use grammarly, but it could be a conflict with some other application.

Same problem here, on Manjaro Linux.
Console says:
