#53 initial loading of raw files fails

Hi Conrad & Co.,

if sweep is started without an argument the open
existing/create new file dialog shows up. If after that
an existing raw (headerless) file is chosen sweep exits
without any comment. If, however, the raw file is given
as an argument on the command Iine the appropriate
dialog to configure the pcm data settings appears,
which is what I would expect.
