By the present message we announce our intention to move the swallow CVS repository to subversion. We therefore urge you to express your disconformity with this decision within the following 24 hours. Expression of disconformity must be accompanied by the rationale behind that disconformity. In absence of comments on this decision, the migration of the codebase will proceed at 1100GMT of the 5th of october. Thank you very much for your attention. |

We had to fix a CVS synchronization problem that involved two parallel branches with changes on the same files. The fix required manual tracking of changes on the (luckily small) set of files, but took its time nonetheless. This condition has been fixed and the results tested, so I hope the actual release will satisfy all partners involved. For developers, 0.3.9 jar files of the servent have been uploaded to the swallow's maven repository (I didn't forget this time!!!)
