[svtoolkit-help] ComputeGenomeMask help

Hello,

On the wiki it says you can use ComputeGenomeMask to create a genome mask file. Where is this particular script located? I am unable to find it. Thanks.

SVToolkit.jar is a separate jar file from the GATK.
