[svtoolkit-help] about new version of Genome Strip

Hi,

I've noticed that in the newest version of GATK(version 3.2.2), some class
names altered, which might cause inconvenience when dealing large deletions
with Genome Strip. So I wonder whether there is a new version of  Genome
Strip recently to fix this problem? Thanks a lot!
