It was a hard job to install svnmanager so I would
help futur users:
1°)Use Mysql rather than SQLite because sqlite db option don't works(in a previous thread it seem that PHP rpms was build without-sqlite option)
2°)Upgrade PHP and PHP-mysql to version "5.0.4-10.5"
with YUM ('yum upgrade php' build dependencies on other packages).
