I can't find anything to help me get started. I've got svn and apache working, and have the svnmanager tarball.
But I don't see what to do next. I'm sure I'm just missing it.

  Visit http://www.planetmy.com/blog/svn-manager/ for installation instructions , follow the instructions and you will be able to install SVN Manager. I have already done this without any problem
