I would like the users to be able to administer their own passowrds after they are created by the admin. Can that be easily done?

Can there be a 'Change user password' on the login page where the user is asked for old password and the to enter a new password?

  Ahhh...sorry, I should have checked a litle bit more before asking :-)
  
  The functionallity is already there. The user may just log in and administer their own password.
