Anything in apache log? Are repositories deleted permanently with your config? Could it be, when you are moving repositories to a 'trash-can' location, that this location is not writable for the apache user?

I have SVNManager almost completely working but if I try to delete a repository I get this error:
Repository could not be removed!
And troubleshooting help is appreciated. Thanks
