Can't show User Privileges Path list!

I deployed a svnmanager(1.0.8) in apache 2.2.14. Almost functions are woking good except the User Privileges.( Repository Admin =>User Priivileges buttion=>select the Repository=>see the path)It can 't show the Path list, only show the '/' ,so i cant not change the difference privilieges for each folders,but there are many folders in my repository!
i use the VersionControl_SVN (0.3.1)

so how to can i fix the problem thanks!
