As part of Subversion issue #3637
(http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3637), the syntax for
'svnsync sync' and 'svnsync copy-revprops' has changed, and the new syntax
is the recommendation (for security purposes). Need to document this.
