#270 1.8 change: new `--force-interactive` option

SVNBook 1.8 is missing a new --force-interactive option introduced in Subversion 1.8. It seems that SVN 1.8 Release Notes does not mention it too. From Subversion 1.8.0 changelog:

svn' is now non-interactive when not run in a terminal device (r1424037)

Just as a heads up, some (long) time ago, I wrote ./tools/bin/spew-svn-command-options (in the svnbook tree) to spit out all the subcommands and options available for a given Subversion installation. I used to use it to compare one release to the previous (to see what new things were added).
