The section "Apache logging" in chapter 6 mentions the SVN-ACTION
environment variable for use with CustomLog. There are other variables
provided by mod_dav_svn which are useful in log messages such as SVN-REPOS
and SVN-REPOS-NAME. These were added in rev 28550
(http://svn.collab.net/viewvc/svn?search=svn-repos-name&view=revision&revision=28550)
but are not documented anywhere. There could be more undocumented variables...
