#198 Links to Japanese version are dead

As earlier mentioned[1] on the subversion mailing list the links from the Japanese cover page to the single and multi-page versions point to a site that is no longer hosting the Japanese translation of the Subversion book.  Can this be fixed?

index.ja.html is intended to serve two purposes:

1.  A direct translation of index.en.html, but
2.  ...with an additional section (demarked by comments in the index.en.html file) that covers information about Japanese translations of the book itself (be they hosted at svnbook.org or elsewhere).

Regardless of whether an effort is made to translate the book into Japanese, this page could use a new maintainer.  Do we have any takers?

As far as I understand, this was (partially)* fixed in r5019: https://sourceforge.net/p/svnbook/source/5019/
