The page mentioned as "a fantastic overview in a paper posted at CollabNet's website" (in "The Final Word on Merge Tracking") does not exist anymore (I'm desperately trying to find it myself). The link returns a 404.

    I updated the link in the book for now.  I will take some time to move any essential info from the article to the book.  However the article is *very* long and detailed (and somewhat out-of-date!) so I lean towards keeping the link, but I'll reserve judgement till I take a fresh look at it.
