As of Subversion 1.7, 'svn merge' will complain by default about a merge target that has mixed revisions.  This can be overridden using the new --allow-mixed-revisions option.

I've added the Reference mention of the option in [r4022], but Chapter 4 will need some love, I'm sure.

I adjusted an example to explain the need for the --allow-mixed-revisions option in [r4123] and also went through all the examples in a read through of the chapter.  IMO we are covered; setting status to done.
