Norwegian svnbook: Repair "make editmode" and "make commitmode".

Resurrected $(BOOKFILES) which was deleted in r11644, we need
filenames without a path.
(convfiles): Use $(BOOKFILES) instead of $(BOOK_ALL_SOURCE).
