Norwegian svnbook: Add the misc-docs dir to "make build" and use the
predefined variables in the Makefile instead of hardcoding.

* doc/translations/norwegian_nb/Makefile
"svn:keywords Id", added "Id" keyword and Vim modeline.
Deleted $BOOKFILES, using $(BOOK_ALL_SOURCE) instead.
Added "BUILDTMP_DIR = build.tmp" variable.
(copytobuild): Use variables instead of hardcoding. Also copy the
misc-docs/ documentation.
(convfiles): Use $(BOOK_ALL_SOURCE) instead of deleted $(BOOKFILES).

Norwegian svnbook: Fix some inconsistencies with the English text. After
"make editmode" the text is now identically to the newest English
version, and the Norwegian version contains only additions, no removes.
