predefined variables in the Makefile instead of hardcoding.

* doc/translations/norwegian_nb/Makefile
"svn:keywords Id", added "Id" keyword and Vim modeline.
Deleted $BOOKFILES, using $(BOOK_ALL_SOURCE) instead.
Added "BUILDTMP_DIR = build.tmp" variable.
(copytobuild): Use variables instead of hardcoding. Also copy the
misc-docs/ documentation.
(convfiles): Use $(BOOK_ALL_SOURCE) instead of deleted $(BOOKFILES).
