Commit [r777] Maximize Restore History

Norwegian svnbook: Fix some inconsistencies with the English text. After

"make editmode" the text is now identically to the newest English
version, and the Norwegian version contains only additions, no removes.

* doc/translations/norwegian_nb/book/book.xml
Created a copy of the <book> element inside @ENGLISH markers.

* doc/translations/norwegian_nb/book/ch04.xml
Fixed some differences in the English text.
