* doc/book/book/appb.xml: Capitalise "Neon".

* doc/book/book/ch03.xml: Refer to description of which editor is invoked,
rather than saying (wrongly) that it is just $EDITOR.

* doc/book/book/ch05.xml: Typo: "a" -> "an".

* doc/book/book/ch07.xml: List the "autoprops" section of the config file as
a separate section, rather than just mentioning under the option that
enables it.

* doc/book/book/ch09.xml: Adjust quoting of one occurrence of
"dumpfile-formatted" to be consistent with the other, nearby occurrence.
Improve punctuation.
