Lots of typo fixes and rewrites in the Norwegian svnbook.

(svn-ch-3-sect-4.3.1, svn-ch-3-sect-4.4): Join </para> with paragraph.
(svn-ch-3-sect-5.4): Replace period with colon in front of an example.

Norwegian svnbook: Enabled "make build" which compiles the book and
schedules it for commit for on-line reading or download.

Norwegian svnbook: Finished translation of ch03.xml .

Deleted the $BOOKFILES variable, moved to Makefile.

Norwegian svnbook: Deleted some information which is no longer current.

- Deleted the whole synchronisation history, we'll start a new one.
- Deleted info about the 1.1.x branch, we only have one now.
- Section 2.3.* changed to 2.2.* .

Removed file. The filename was too close to README anyway.
