Norwegian svnbook: Translated the rest of section 5 in ch03.xml .

Norwegian svnbook: Deleted some information which is no longer current.

Removed file. The filename was too close to README anyway.

Moved the svnbook translation into Norwegian Bokmål translation from its
previous repository at http://svn.sunbase.org/repos/svnbook_nb/ r218.
This means that all files used in the translation work are added, and
the XML files also get to contain the English text to make it possible
to merge in changes from the original English version. Untouched files
are copied from trunk to keep version history.

* doc/translations/norwegian_nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS
New file from the previous repository r218. This file must _always_ be
updated to reflect the current status of the translation, or things
will get messy.

The original Makefile from the previous repository, but is renamed
temporarily. Besides building the book, it switches between
"commitmode" (commit and built) and "editmode" (edit and merge).

New directory. Contains various scripts.

New Perl script: Converts XML files between edit and commit mode.
