Version Control With Subversion Source

Before adding new files to the Norwegian translation of The Book, copy
the original files from trunk to keep the history.

The Cron executable is "cron" or "crond" on various systems. Therefore, refer
to is using "Cron" as a name, rather than using a command name.

* doc/book/book/ch05.xml (svn-ch-5-sect-3.6):
Change <command>cron<command> to Cron.

Misc. book fixes: grammar and reference, and also modified some text in the
incremental vs. full backup section of chapter 5 to avoid confusion.

In Python, a list is called a list - not a sequence, which is a class of
things which includes lists and anything else that is iterable.
Correct capitalization of "MzScheme".
