A bunch of minor typographical corrections from issue 1216.

as BDB is actually developed by Sleepycat.

(svn-ch-8-sect-2): Remove the word "definitely" - it's waffle.

Tag "apr_pool_t" with <literal></literal>.

In Python, a list is called a list - not a sequence, which is a class of
things which includes lists and anything else that is iterable.
Correct capitalization of "MzScheme".

The cron daemon is called "cron" not "crond".

be useful.

patches in issue 1528. Also fix a doc bug noticed whilst doing so.
