Break lines at 72 columns and use the same <para> style as in the original
files.

- Don't use long lines anymore, but break at 72 columns. Use the same
<para> layout as in the original files. Linebreaks are still used after
every sentence to prevent wordwrapping messing up the diffs.
- textwidth=72, nowrap and formatoptions+=w2 in the Vim modeline.

Update of translated files from r54 in the svnbook_nb repository. If the
docbook-xsl files and libxslt are installed, "make all-html" works. There are
many warnings about missing XRefs, but this will gradually improve as the
translation goes on.
