Book tweaks.

* doc/book/book/ch03.xml: 'svn log -v' shows 'M' codes, not 'U' codes.
* doc/book/TODO: remember to document symlink support in 1.1 book.

Add more info about the Windows XP WebFolders bug, and add vss2svn to the list
of repository converters. Patch by Toby Johnson <toby@...>.

bug and a suggested workaround.

* doc/book/book/appd.xml:
(svn-ap-d-sect-1): Fix comment on Section 1 to correct title.
(svn-ap-d-sect-3): Add reference to vss2svn.tigris.org under "Repository
Converters".

Apply doc patch from Robert Kleemann <robert@...>, with tweaks:

* doc/book/book/ch09.xml: Make some examples use a time in the
midnight hour, to show that Subversion is 00-23, not 01-24.

Note that some logs are still out of order with respect to each other.
To pick a random example, r17 by sally comes three days after r32.
That's unrelated to this change, of course.

ownership of those files.

Emphasize the fact that the password never travels over the network.

* doc/book/book/ch09.xml (svnlook diff): show normal output for
binary-marked files. Note that non-textual mime-types don't show
their diffs.

Wrap the legal notice in a paragraph tag to avoid warning messages
when validating.
