Version Control With Subversion Source

(#svn.serverconfig.httpd.basic): Update path in example.
With --without-apache-libexecdir — which is the default — the modules are
installed to ${prefix}/libexec/, not ${prefix}/lib, where ${prefix} is
svn's --prefix (as opposed to httpd's).
