1.8/zh: resolve issue of messy character in Chinese pdf

To resolve this issue, I reference [1].

Font files, simsun.ttc and DroidSansFallbackFull.ttf are copied from
Windows XP (C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\simsun.ttc) and Ubuntu 14.04.6
(/usr/share/fonts/truetype/droid/DroidSansFallbackFull.ttf), respectively.
I believe these two fonts are free to use.

The pdf isn't perfect yet and need more tuning.

The translation has finished, so update it.

1.8/zh: copyright translated, so does whole book. From now on, all
we need is review.

I have no plan to translate legal text, since it's unnecessary and
inaccurate to translate them into Chinese. The real problem is that
I'm not familiar with legal, :(
