Read-thru of SVNBook 1.8.

* en/book/ch02-basic-usage.xml.
(svn.tour.cycle.edit): It seems that it would be great to provide a
link to (svn.advanced.working-without-a-wc) here.

Read-thru of SVNBook 1.8.

* en/book/ch02-basic-usage.xml.
(svn.tour.cycle.update): Changed "checked in" to "committed".
HACKING tells that we commit, we don't check in.

Read-thru of SVNBook 1.8.

* en/book/ch01-fundamental-concepts.xml.
(svn.basic.in-action.wc): Removed the tip about SVN_ASP_DOT_NET_HACK
(_svn dirs instead of .svn). Is there any reason to keep it in
SVNBook 1.8? The hack was required for VS.NET 2002 and it looks like
it's not that actual anymore in year 2016.

Read-thru of SVNBook 1.8.

* en/book/ch01-fundamental-concepts.xml.
(svn.advanced.reposurls): Windows users are ofter confused by the
caret notation because ^ character is an escape character on
Windows. Let's mention that they have to enter a double caret ^^
instead.
