finishes the change started in r8735.

(ViewCVS): Renumber this section.
(SubWiki): Renumber this section.

(Converting a Repository from CVS to Subversion): New section, so
this topic shows up in the table of contents, but containing just
a reference to the new "Repository Converters" above.

* doc/book/book/ch02.xml: It's a "false sense of security", not a
"sense of false security". One is when you're not secure but you
think you are; the other is when you might actually *be* secure,
but somehow can't shake the feeling that you're not :-).

Document behaviors in svn cleanup as pointed out by Philip Martin.

* doc/book/book/ch09.xml: Add to svn cleanup docs.
