Version Control With Subversion Source

Merge from ^/trunk/en r4368 (minor svn status reference tweaks).

Finish the portion of issue 64 ("Mistakes in 'svn Subcommands' : 'svn
status'") that I care to address at this time.

(svn.ref.svn.c.status): Format the "lock status" column codes the
same way other codes are formatted, and make a minor wording tweak
for clarity.

(svn.reposadmin.maint.replication.svnsync): Tweak a paragraph to not
claim that Subversion can't propogate arbitrary revprops during
commit time. It actually can.

Add 2013 to the copyright years.

(svn.advanced.vendorbr.mirrored-sources): Add a hint about using
'svn add --force --no-ignore --no-auto-props' to pick up any new
files introduced in the next vendor drop.

Finish issue 182 ("ch04: Rework vendor branch section. Entirely.")
