Document the new svn:auto-props property.

(svn.advanced.props.auto): Document the new property and add
some examples.

For issue 5 ("Document svnmucc"), add a section to Chapter 3 about
working-copy-less operations, and use it to introduce svnmucc. Then,
stub out a section in the Chapter 9 Reference to cover this tool in
detail.

Document the new svn:global-ignores property.

example of svn:global-ignores property.

(svn.ref.svn): Mention that the --no-ignore option also
impacts 'svn add|import' and that the new svn:global-ignores
property is also affected.

* en/book/ch09-reference.xml
(svn.ref.properties.versioned-props): Add entries for new reserved
props 'svn:auto-props' and 'svn:global-ignores'.

Minor typo corrections.

Corrected semantics by telling German "authentisieren" from "authentifizieren".
