Version Control With Subversion Source

Ticket #321: Intro (cf. http://www.svnbook.de/ticket/321).

All book files got translation status markers.
TRANSLATION-STATUS file provided to keep progress tracking.

Make a new 1.6 Russian translation branch.

For issue 168, move (and expand) the more detailed list of --accept
actions to the description of that option, instead of covering only a
subset of those actions as part of the 'svn resolve' documentation.

Fix some issues with the epub build, and add rules for generating
MOBI-formatted files (complete with a generic book cover!).

(MOBI_TARGET): New.

(UNIFIED_XML_TARGET): Refer to the abstracted $(XMLLINT), rather
than "xmllint" explicitly.
