Merge ^/trunk/tools:r4267-4270.

Fix some issues with the epub build, and add rules for generating
MOBI-formatted files (complete with a generic book cover!).

* en/book
(svn:ignore): Add 'svn-book.mobi' to the ignores list.

* en/book/images/ebook-cover.jpg
New.

* tools/Makefile.base-rules
(epub): Move UNIFIED_XML_TARGET dependency ...
(EPUB_TARGET): ... into here. Also, fix some whitespace goofs.
(mobi, MOBI_TARGET): New rules.
(clean): Also remove MOBI_TARGET.

* tools/Makefile.base-vars
(MOBI_TARGET): New.

* tools/Makefile.base-rules
(UNIFIED_XML_TARGET): Refer to the abstracted $(XMLLINT), rather
than "xmllint" explicitly.

* tools/Makefile.base-rules
(EPUB_TARGET): Don't reference our CSS file -- what we do for HTML,
we don't necessarily want to do for eBook. Also, use the -o
option of dbtoepub, and avoid a tempfile rename.

Cleanup what appears to be some sloppiness around the epub-related
build rules.

* tools/Makefile.base-rules
(epub): Depend on $(UNIFIED_XML_TARGET) rather than
book/xml-book.xml explicitly.
(UNIFIED_XML_TARGET): Was book/svn-book.xml explicitly.
(clean): Remove the UNIFIED_XML_TARGET, too.

* tools/Makefile.base-vars
(UNIFIED_XML_TARGET): New.
(ALL_SOURCE): Filter UNIFIED_XML_TARGET, not $(DIR)/svn-book.xml
explicitly.

Fix issue 165, svn mv reference should have a word of warning on WC->WC moves.

* en/book/ch09-reference.xml
(svn.ref.svn.c.move): Document diferences between URL->URL and WC->WC moves.
