Try another approach to fixing links to Reference sections, adding
the text 'in <xref linkend="svn.ref"/>' after each such reference in
the book that points to an ambiguously named piece of the Reference.

(svn.branchmerge.nomergedata.impicit.mergeinfo): New id
attribute for the 'Natural History and Implicit Mergeinfo'
sidebar.

(svn.branchmerge.advanced.reintegratetwice): A few minor
wording changes and a link to the 'Natural History and
Implicit Mergeinfo' sidebar when we use the former term.

Indentation fix only.

(svn.branchmerge.advanced.blockchanges): Some minor wording edits.
Don't use rN shorthand in the main text body, say "revision N";
this is more consistent with the rest of the chapter.

Revert r4171, which had the desired effect in contextual links to the
reference chapter, but made the TOC look hilariously silly.

Tweak the 'svn add --force' example to not use 'svn add *', which
really kinda opens a second set of problems this section doesn't
attempt to solve.

Update language to reflect that 1.7 is the latest and greatest.

(svn.branchmerge.basicmerging.mergetracking): New sidebar on

Minor wording tweak. Mention 'svn patch' in the 'Why Not Use
Patches Instead?' sidebar. Move explanation of
'--allow-mixed-revisions' option to a footnote. Typo fixes.

(svn.branchmerge.basicmerging.mergeinfo): Wording tweak and typo
fix. Remove a tip that has no relevance in 1.7.

(svn.branchmerge.advanced.advancedsyntax): Rework a confusing
sentence.

(svn.branchmerge.nomergedata): Add a link to a relevant sidebar
and use the term 'mergeinfo' rather than 'merge tracking
information'.
