Merge from trunk r4043, whose log message read like so:

Finish issue #78 ("A fuller explanation of '--depth ARG' in section
'svn Options' would be useful").

* en/book/ch09-reference.xml
Provide quick descriptions of the depth values when describing the
--depth option. Add a pointer to the Sparse Directories section in
the description of --set-depth. Note the inconsistent depths at
which --non-recursive is applied to various subcommands.

Merge from ^/trunk/en r4039, minus the allusion to a libmagic
integration. An updated log message might read like so:

Finish issue #96 ("ch03: svn:keywords failing on UTF-16 files as they
are treated binary").

* en/book/ch03-advanced-topics.xml
(svn.advanced.props.auto): Mention the UTF-16 complication.
(svn.advanced.props.special.mime-type): Remove some text redundant
with, and now include a pointer to, the Automatic Property Setting
section.
(svn.advanced.props.special.keywords): Mention that keyword
substitution only happens on non-binary files.

Merge from /trunk/en r4036 and r4037, whose combined log messages
would read something like this:

* en/book/ch05-repository-admin.xml,
* en/book/ch09-reference.xml
Finish issue #66 ("ch05: Point out that the parent path of the
target passed to 'svnadmin create' must exist"), tweaking examples
to not imply that 'svnadmin create /var/svn/repos' will create /var
and /var/svn automatically, and noting that filesystem permissions
play an effect on this creation step and subsequent access by users.

Followup to r4036 with some wording tweaks.

For issue #139 ("New 1.7 tool: svnrdump"), introduce svnrdump in
earnest to the Subversion book.

* en/book/ch05-repository-admin.xml
Oy. Major reworking here. I've decided to document 'svnrdump'
closer to 'svnadmin dump', as well as to break up the 'svnsync' docs
into a few more subsections.

* en/book/ch09-reference.xml
Add a whole new reference section with (admittedly skeletal)
documentation for svnrdump.
