Finish issue #28 ("svn checkout --force' option and E code not
explained").

(There might still be places elsewhere in the book which need
adjusting to reflect this functionality, but hopefully those will be
caught in the forthcoming book read-thru.)

(svn.ref.svn.sw): Document the --config-option option.

Finish issue #100 ("Missing documentation about arguments passed to
'pre-lock' hook"), updating the documentation for all hook scripts
while here.

(svn.ref.reposhooks.pre-commit): Note the lock-token stdin input to
the pre-commit hook script.
(svn.ref.reposhooks.pre-lock): Update to cover the COMMENT and
STEAL-LOCK inputs, and to describe the lock token dictation (via
stdout) feature.
(svn.ref.reposhooks.pre-unlock): Document the LOCK-TOKEN and
BREAK-UNLOCK parameters.

Add some more left and top border to this image so the "DRAFT" text
doesn't land mostly behind the navigation block and page margin.

Correct some <screen> instances, making them <programlisting>'s
instead.

restrictions on --reintegrate merges.

* src/en/book/ch06-server-configuration.xml
Add warning about case-insensitive comparison of authz access file
section headers, with a note to remove this again in the 1.7
version. (See issue #22.)
