Follow-up to r3898: Fix a transposed period and closing
parentheses spotted by cmpilato and while I'm at it, fix
similar typos elsewhere.

Some issue #75 work ('ch04: svn merge --reintegrate does
not match any of the 3 usage patterns').

(svn.branchemerge.basicmerging.reintegrate): Describe the key
restrictions on --reintegrate merges.

* src/en/book/ch06-server-configuration.xml
Add warning about case-insensitive comparison of authz access file
section headers, with a note to remove this again in the 1.7
version. (See issue #22.)

Finish issue #80 ('ch04: Incorrect definition of revision').

* src/en/book/ch04-branching-and-merging.xml
(svn.branchmerge.using): Make language about revisions
consistent with that in svn.basic.in-action.revs.

Grr. Fix an XML tag typo.

Continue stomping all over Paul's text with more markup and phrasing

description of natural history/implicit mergeinfo. Resist

documentation.
