Fix minor grammar-o. "blah only works when" => "blah works only when".
Also, lose unnecessary emphasis.

Fix issue 97 ("^URL syntax usage in some sections does not fit the
repository layout").

Re-add "/calc" to the front of the appropriate URL shortcuts, and
expand one example that uses a totally different repository (for some
reason...) back out to a full URL.

* src/en/book/ch03-advanced-topics.xml
For issue 94, add some warnings about the pros and cons of operating
directly on the external working copy. Suggested by
gaffe_1{_AT_}live.com.

Fix issue 93 by noting that the target of a particular merge was the
trunk, not a branch.
