Version Control With Subversion Source

* subversion/clients/cmdline/log-cmd.c
(log_message_receiver): Use "r" instead of "rev " when printing
revision numbers, and use pipe instead of colon as the first
separator, for consistency.

* subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/log_tests.py
(parse_log_output): Adjust accordingly.

* tools/dev/svn-dev.el
(svn-log-msg-boundary-regexp): Same.

* doc/book/book/ch03.xml,
doc/book/book/ch04.xml,
